CHESAPEAKE – Tiffany N. Powell, of Galberry Road, Chesapeake, transitioned June 13, 2025 in her home. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 – 7 pm. On Friday, June 20, at noon, a celebration of life will be held at White Oak Spring Baptist Church, 26125 Delaware Road in Franklin with the pastor, Rev. Justin Berry delivering the eulogy.
