HAMPTON – Fred L. Banks of Randall Court, Hampton, Virginia transitioned seven days after his mother, Elsie L. Banks. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 3 – 7 p.m. A celebration of life for Elsie and Fred Banks will be held on Saturday, June 7, at 11 a.m. at Chapel Grove United Church of Christ, 7366 West Blackwater Road, Windsor, Virginia with Minister Cyndi Barnett delivering the message of comfort. The committal and benediction will follow in the church cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
