The Franklin High School varsity boys soccer team took a big 8-0 win over Sussex Central High School at the Armory Park Athletic Complex on Tuesday, May 6.
Leading in scoring for the Broncos was sophomore midfielder Yoxan Herrera-Soriano with three goals. Other Broncos scoring one goal apiece were senior Kamarre Hicks, senior Travis Mabry Jr., sophomore Lavarius Majette, sophomore Nikolas Swann and sophomore Za’khari Bynum.
Franklin Head Coach Juan Quiroz remarked after the game that he was pleased with the performance of all players during the game and that all players were playing together in passing the ball and improving greatly on defense.
