Gerard A. “Gee” Harvell has been missing since April 29 but has been known to frequent the Tidewater area.

A missing-person flyer indicates Harvell, 48, is an African American man, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has brown eyes, and his hair is described as “black/bald head.” 

He was driving a 2024 dark gray Jeep Cherokee rental truck/SUV.

Other identifying characteristics include a tattoo across his back that says, “Brookyln”.
