FRANKLIN – Pauline W. “Polly” Stephens, 97, passed away May 4, 2025 in Consulate Health Care of Windsor. Born in Gates County, North Carolina and a long-time resident of Franklin, she was a daughter of the late Berry Olando Whitehurst and Addie Barnhill Whitehurst. Polly was a graduate of Gates County High School and a retired insurance agent.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Marcia Pierce and Wanda Eisenhauer.
A visitation will be from 11 a.m. – noon on Friday, May 9 in Wright Funeral Home in Franklin.
