FRANKLIN – Mr. Herman L. Higgins, 84, of Capron, VA transitioned on March 5, 2025. A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 22 from 2 – 5 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23 at 12 p.m. in the Elvin Vaughan Memorial Chapel located at 1717 South St, Franklin, VA 23851. The family has entrusted Vaughan-Temple Funeral Home to handle the service.
