The fourth and fifth grade students of Nottoway Elementary School were treated on Friday, Jan. 17, to a special event exclusively for them: a Glow Dance. 

A school news release noted that for many of the students, this was their first school dance. Everyone dressed in their favorite neon colors and shared their best dance moves as they danced the night away. 

“The school would like to thank DJ DeShon Jenkins, Deputy Hedgepeth and all of the volunteering staff members who made the event possible for the students to build special memories,” NES officials stated.
