FRANKLIN – Herman Alvin “Al” Parker Jr., 61, passed away Feb. 22, 2025 in his home with family by his side.
Al was born and raised in Franklin and had been involved with Boy Scouts. He was a sanitation worker for the City of Franklin and a member of Franklin Congregational Christian Church.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 16 years, Teresa Ann Parker; his mother, Doris Myers; a stepson, Michael Duff; two daughters, Niki Parker and Debbie Jean Lester and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27 in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. James H. Hyatt Jr. and the Rev. Robert Lyons officiating. Burial will be private.
