Isle of Wight County Schools announced Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 19, that the entire school division, including its offices, will be closed for students and staff on Thursday, Feb. 20.

The news release stated that in addition, all school activities and events are also canceled. Schools are closed Friday for in-person learning. Friday will be an asynchronous day for students and a virtual work day for employees. Teachers shared work with their students on Tuesday to be completed for the asynchronous day.
