Franklin City School Board meeting postponed to Feb. 27

The Franklin City School Board meeting and public hearing and comment on the fiscal year 2025-26 school budget have been postponed from Thursday, Feb. 20, to Thursday, Feb. 27, because of the winter storm affecting the region this week.
A Franklin City Public Schools news release noted that the rescheduled meeting and hearing will take place in the Franklin City Council Chambers, located on the first floor of Franklin City Hall at 207 W. Second Ave. in Franklin.
The board’s closed session will begin at 6 p.m. The open session and hearing will start at 7 p.m.
The public is invited to the open session and hearing.
