SUFFOLK – Livia Odell Douglas, of Holy Neck Road, Suffolk, transitioned Feb. 11, 2025 in Franklin. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 2 – 6 p.m. A service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m. at Kingdom Impact Southampton, 26151 Delaware Road in Franklin with Pastor Matt Kidd delivering the message of comfort.
