FRANKLIN – Dianna Smith Belvin, 76, passed away Feb. 12, 2025 in Nans Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing. Born in Great Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Merle Smith and Bonnie Marie Sawyer Smith.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Stacey B. Phillips and Tracey Gibson; a sister, Barbara Edwards; and two grandchildren.
