COURTLAND – Deaconess Lula M. Barnes of Shady Brook Trail, Courtland, passed away June 17, 2024 in her home. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 – 7 p.m. On Monday, June 24, at 11 a.m., a homegoing celebration will be at White Oak Spring Baptist Church, 26125 Delaware Road in Franklin with the Rev. Melvin Wofford delivering the eulogy; the Rev. Justin Berry Sr. is the pastor. The committal and benediction will follow in Southview Cemetery.
