CAPRON – Roy Otis Cook, 71, passed away June 4, 2024 in Courtland Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Born in Westfield, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Roscoe Dean Cook Sr. and Winifred Ayers Cook.

Roy was a graduate of Frederick Military Academy and was the owner of Colonial Reliable Services.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 50 years, Anita Gurganus Cook; a daughter, Alexa Cook Barksdale, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 10 in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Hyatt officiating. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to your favorite charity.
