FRANKLIN – Ray “BoBo” Holloway of Broad Street, Franklin, passed away on May 9, 2024 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. On Friday, a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3: – 7 p.m. A homegoing celebration will be on Saturday, May 18, at 11 a.m. at White Oak Spring Baptist Church, 26125 Delaware Road in Franklin.
