Franklin Police Department’s Sgt. Halverson, Lt. Wilson, Lt. Bailey, and DC Porti aided the City of Franklin with the Great American Clean Up by cleaning the area around the police station wood line and courts complex and then ventured out to Blackwater Park on March 22, 2024.
