COURTLAND – Ronald Gene Gentilini, 82, passed away March 6, 2024 in VCU Medical Center. Born in Roanoke, he was the son of the late John Samuel Gentilini and Edith Young Gentilini. He was also predeceased by a daughter, Gina Williams.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 53 years, Marie Taylor Gentilini; two daughters, Stephanie Unser (Joe) and Cynthia Terrill; two sons, Brian Gene Gentilini (Val) and Michael Vincent Terrill (Karen); 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 15 in Peninsula Memorial Park in Newport News with Pastor Denise Wise officiating. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 in Kingdom Impact Church with Pastor Matt Kidd officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kingdom Impact Church, 26151 Delaware Road, Franklin, VA 23851.
