NORFOLK – Margie L. Harper of Norfolk, passed away Feb. 9, 2024. On Friday, a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 2 – 6 p.m. A homegoing service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Shade Baptist Church, 24030 Delaware Road in Franklin with the pastor, Dr. Willis Freeman delivering the eulogy.
