Sgt. USMC Jayton D. Patterson VFW Post 4411 continued its Military Lecture Series on Dec. 7 with a presentation titled “The Attack on Pearl Harbor.”
Dec. 7 is National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day; this year marked the 82nd anniversary of when the Japanese military launched a surprise attack on the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on Dec. 7, 1941.
Delivering the presentation at the VFW Post 4411’s headquarters in Franklin was Capt. Don Wilson, with assistance from Pamela Klepac-Tulensru.
