IVOR – Jane Davis Smith, 80, passed away Dec. 21, 2023 in Courtland Health and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Southampton County, she was the daughter of the late Wilbon Edgar Lowe and Lora Mabel Raiford Lowe.

Jane was a retired finance secretary for Sentara Obici Hospital.

Survivors include three grandchildren, Bradley Jernigan, Nicholas Jernigan and Brittney Putnam.

Services will be private.
