COURTLAND – Gloria Teresa (Constine) Craven passed away peacefully on Nov. 28, 2023 in Courtland at age 91. She was predeceased by parents, Andrew H. and Lillian Constine; husband, Albert B. Craven Sr. and son David M. Craven. Gloria is survived by her brother, Clesson Constine of Spring Hill, Florida; sons, Douglas A. of Brimfield, Massachusetts, Thomas E. of Campobello, South Carolina, Timothy R. of Wellford, South Carolina, Richard A. of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and Albert B. Jr of Franklin, Virginia. Gloria is also survived by seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and her best friend, Judy Ginnetty of Carver, Massachusetts.

ol sweetheart and raised six sons in East Longmeadow. She loved animals, easily made friends and had a kind, comforting demeanor. Gloria was the best mother six growing boys could ever have and she was always a soft place to fall when they were hurt or afraid. She eventually moved with husband, Albert to Tarpon Springs, Florida for 35 years, before moving to Courtland.

Dobies Funeral Home in Tarpon Springs, Florida will be conducting a memorial service, followed by interment at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida, at a later date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, Gloria wished that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
