Students of Windsor Elementary School commemorated the service of U.S. military veterans during a special program Thursday afternoon, Nov. 9, at the school. Parents and family members of the students congregated in the school’s cafeteria to take in the program, which featured brief speeches from students, video tributes and several songs performed by a student choir, all celebrating veterans. The songs, some of which included solo and ensemble student performances, were performed under the direction of music teacher Charles Spratley, who provided piano accompaniment on an electronic keyboard.
