Franklin police searching for missing juvenile

The City of Franklin Police Department issued a news release Tuesday morning, Oct. 31, noting that it is currently looking for a missing juvenile last known to be in a certain area of the city.

The release stated that the missing individual is 16-year-old Wilbert Malik Harper, who is described as a Black male, 5 feet 5 inches in height and weighing 120 pounds.

He was last known to be in the area of Berkley Court Apartments in the city of Franklin. 

Harper is not believed to be in danger. 

If seen, people are instructed to contact the City of Franklin Police Department at 757-562-8579 or 911.
