STERLING, Virginia – Cecilia Williams Combo of Sterling, Virginia passed away on Oct. 10, 2023 in her home. On Wednesday, from 3 – 7 p.m., a public viewing for the Franklin native will be held at the funeral home. A celebration of love will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19, at 1 p.m. at New Life Church Global, 1101 Johnson Circle in Franklin with the Rev. Kenneth Ricks delivering the eulogy; Dr. Eric Majette is pastor. The interment will follow in Southview Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
