The Franklin High School Student of the Month for September 2023 is Roshanda Hoskie. A school news release noted that Hoskie is mature beyond her years. “She is an excellent role model both academically and athletically,” school officials stated. “Roshanda successfully juggles her school work, sports and extracurricular activities. She is a wonderful representation of FHS!”
