Building Team Nottoway starts early

Even though the school year started only a month ago, Nottoway Elementary School students and staff have been already building their team spirit.
An NES news release noted that students have been busy helping with announcements, earning positive referrals by acting as good citizens and assisting new students in finding their way to class.
The teachers are also fueling the team spirit with lessons and activities on citizenship during social studies classes. One class in particular, Mrs. Haywood’s fourth-grade group, created a wall display for others to see, sharing that although they are all different, they all fit in the fourth-grade puzzle.
