The city of Franklin has issued an urgent notice via social media for people to avoid the area of South Street and Artis Street where emergency services personnel are in the process of responding to an emergency situation.
The situation reportedly involves a shooting and two victims, an adult and a 10-year-old. People are being urged to avoid the area.
