HOPEWELL – Rosa L. Ponton, of Hopewell, passed away June 3, 2023. A public viewing for the Southampton County native will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 3 – 7 p.m. On June 17 a celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. at Mount Tabor Baptist Church, 28668 North Main Street, Newsoms with Dr. Michael Walker delivering the eulogy; the Rev. Jeremiah Cole is pastor. The interment will follow in Mount Tabor Church Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
