The Franklin-Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting for Southern Charm Garden Center’s expanded new location at 1421 Armory Drive in Franklin. A chamber news release noted that Franklin Mayor Robert “Bobby” Cutchins officially cut the ribbon and thanked business owners Bran and Maryann Turner for their investment in the city. Southern Charm is a full service garden center that offers a unique selection of gift items that includes home décor, clothing, jewelry and much more. The center also offers embroidery services and heat press shirts.
