The Franklin Department of Parks and Recreation hosted a successful “Snowflake Craft and Treat” event at StoreHouse Coffee Shop on Jan. 28 that drew 24 participants.
An FDPR news release noted that some of the children who participated made marshmallows into a snowflake using toothpicks, and they put it in their hot cocoa. Others made a snowflake craft using coffee filters, markers, pinwheel pasta and straws.
