Rock Church School’s junior varsity boys basketball team won the 1A Mid Atlantic Christian Athletic Association Dual State Tournament championship Feb. 11 by defeating Bethel Assembly Christian Academy 23-17. The title win came after the Rock Lions upset No. 1 Pamlico Christian Academy in the semifinals. Down 28-18 against PCA, Rock went on an 18-0 run and won 47-33, fueled by a combined 10 three-pointers coming from Benny and Dallas Dillon.
