‘P’ is for penguins, pajamas and ‘The Polar Express’

The students in the pre-K, kindergarten and first grade classes of Nottoway Elementary School enjoyed some extra special holiday fun by focusing on all things beginning with the letter “P.”
A school news release noted that this included inviting the entire student body, faculty and staff to wear their pajamas to school.
After completing their morning academic work, the classes settled in with hot chocolate and watched “The Polar Express.”
“This is a favorite spirit day at NES, and the school greatly appreciates all who participated in the fun,” school officials said.
