FRANKLIN – Floyd “Phillip” Barnes Jr. of Delaware Road, Franklin, passed away on Jan. 29, 2023 in Bon Secours Southampton Memorial Hospital. On Friday a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3:00 –- 7 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 4, at 2:30 p.m. at White Oak Spring Baptist Church, 26125 Delaware Road, Franklin with Elder Ronnie Barnes delivering the eulogy. The interment will follow in Southview Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 South Main Street in Franklin.
