VIRGINIA BEACH – June Swanner Munford was born Sept. 9, 1940 to Henry and Helen Swanner in Norfolk, Virginia. Survivors include her husband, Moody E. Munford; children, Rebecca Leach of Currituck North Carolina, Kevin Squires and Keith Squires of Virginia Beach; stepsons, Al Munford of Sedley, Virginia, Steve Munford of Franklin, Virginia; sisters, Joyce Ruscher of Colorado, Carol Davis of Virginia Beach; brother, James L. Swanner of The Villages of Florida. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, Jan. 27 from 5 – 7 p.m. at H.D.
