Franklin-Southampton Area United Way partnered up with the Courtland and Franklin branches of the Blackwater Regional Library to provide a visit with Santa for children in the area.
A BRL news release noted that during their library visits, children enjoyed the activity table, finding Cecilia Elf on the Shelf, and of course, talking and getting free photos with Santa.
