The November Franklin High School Student of the Month is Kamarre Hicks. In a news release, FHS officials noted, “Kamarre has an incredible mind and intellect. His ability to contribute in class is greatly appreciated. Though his personality is quiet, his stature, both physically and mentally, is plenty strong. His example to others is admirable and helpful in and out of the classroom.
