Rock Church Franklin

Rock Church Franklin finished up the summer with two volleyball camps involving a total of 100 people that included volunteers and campers. Volleyball skills were developed, and they learned to work as a team and grow in their love for one another.

Sometimes life isn’t easy, and we go through hard things; so when we lift our heads and look up to Jesus, He shows us hope beyond whatever comes at us. This lesson was taught in a variety of Bible stories along with the reality of Jesus showing us the greatest love by giving His life for us.

At least 20 campers surrendered their hearts to Jesus for the first time. What an honor it is to see so many with a desire to live for Jesus and know the greatest reward is being with Him forever in eternity.

Coach Andrea Rickman proudly stated, “Volleyball Camp was an even bigger blessing this year as we had so many returning kids and kids from the winter Rock Volleyball League. They had a blast learning Scripture, volleyball techniques and dancing. Each year gets better and better as we get to use the Ben S. Dillon Life Center to its fullest potential.”

Thank you to all of the volunteers who spent their week pouring into the lives of these young people. We have a bright and hopeful future with this generation.
