Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Stallard, of Ivor, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kelly Anne Stallard to Brandon Austin Savage, son of Guy Savage Sr., of Suffolk, and the late Sherry Ann Savage.

The bride-to-be is a 2017 graduate of Christopher Newport University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is also a graduate of the College of William & Mary, where she received her master’s degree in elementary education. She is currently employed as a teacher with Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools.

The prospective groom is a 2017 graduate of Marymount University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology. He is currently attending Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. Brandon will graduate in 2024 as a doctor of osteopathic medicine.

Kelly is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland Perry, of Suffolk, and Mr. and Mrs. H. Melvin Harrell, of Jarratt; as well as Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stallard, of Ivor, and the late Clara Raiford Baines.

Brandon is the grandson of Ms. Donna Baldwin, of Moyock, North Carolina, and the late David Baldwin; as well as the late Mrs. and Mrs. Bruce Savage.

A March 11, 2023, wedding is planned in Williamsburg.
