The Franklin-Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting for D.R. Horton homes located on Kings Lane in Regency Estates. Franklin Vice Mayor Robert “Bobby” Cutchins presided over the ceremony. Chamber members also enjoyed breakfast and toured the beautiful model home.
