This letter is an open endorsement in support of Mandy Hall for the Jerusalem seat on the Southampton County School Board. Mrs. Hall and her husband have two children in the school system, and they have been very involved with all kinds of activities to support everything from field day to field trips, teacher appreciation events, PTA, book fairs, athletics, and fundraisers.

Mrs. Hall has proven her support for school staff and students, and at one point volunteered with programs for career services in coordination with a young professional’s group. She’s in touch with the local workforce needs and ready to work with the community to leverage resources for getting our kids ready for today’s jobs and college challenges.

In addition, Mrs. Hall is willing to talk to parents and teachers to know what’s really going on in our schools. I hope the members of the selection commission will seriously consider picking Mrs. Hall to be on the School Board.
