Capron Elementary School recently celebrated Administrative Professionals’ Day and U.S. School Principals’ Day.

“We are so fortunate to have Ms. Carolyn Wrenn and Dr. Allison Francis guiding our school,” CES officials said in a release.

The school press release continued by noting that Wrenn, administrative assistant at CES, wears many hats.

Her encouragement supports the teachers in the building in every aspect and keeps the school running smoothly.

“She actively listens to students, to teachers and to our principal and is a solution finder,” officials stated.

Wrenn’s attention to detail, problem-solving and good organizational skills are essential for maintaining an orderly school office environment.

“She is the ultimate multitasker because she can gather attendance reports, answer the phone, and answer a parent’s questions all at once,” officials said. “Her welcoming, friendly smile and greeting always makes your day brighter.”

Francis, principal of CES, has been very successful at building relationships with her teachers and students to achieve goals.

“Her leadership has been one of the main determinants of our school’s overall success,” officials said. “She is a great listener and gives time to every person to share their thoughts, feelings and concerns and makes an effort to incorporate the ideas of others into action.”

Under her leadership teachers have thrived, students have been successful learners and school administrative functions run smoothly.

“Capron Elementary School has been extremely fortunate to have these two ladies leading us to become the best school we could be as we flourish and prosper under their direction,” officials said.
