Tiffany Warren, who works as an account clerk for Franklin Commissioner of the Revenue Selenia Boone, was presented with the STAR Performer Award during the April 25 Franklin City Council meeting. Nominated by Danielle Jones, Warren received praise for not only performing her job with incredible efficiency but also doing so with a positive attitude that brightens the day of the citizens she serves and the city employees she works with.
