There was a big crowd at the 10th annual Prevent Child Abuse Golf Tournament on Saturday, April 9, which ended up being a brisk day on which to raise funds for the kids. Enviva enjoyed being a team participant and sponsor for the event that was hosted by Joyner Gray Yale Ruritan Club and the Southampton County Department of Social Services at Cypress Cove Golf Club in Franklin. Team Enviva included Franklin Police Chief Steve Patterson, Enviva Community Relations Senior Manager Chris Brown and Chris’s son, Duncan Brown.
