Franklin City Public Schools to serve meals at no charge for children

Franklin City Public Schools will be serving meals at no charge to children 18 and younger through the At-Risk Afterschool Meals Program. The same meals will be available at no separate charge to all participants at each site. 

A FCPS press release continued by noting that for information regarding meal distribution, people should visit FCPS’ School Nutrition Department or follow FCPS on social media, specifically on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Meals will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis at the following locations and times:  

  • S.P. Morton Elementary School — 3:30 p.m.
  • J.P. King Jr. Middle School — 3 p.m.
