Virginia Market News Service reported the following weekly ag trends on April 8:

In Virginia, state graded feeder cattle mostly steady to 5.00 higher. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales mostly 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Slaughter cows mostly 3.00 to 8.00 lower. Wheat 0.35 higher, new crop 0.35 to 0.59 higher. Corn mostly 0.12 to 0.22 higher, new crop 0.25 higher. Soybeans mostly 0.28 to 0.39 higher, new crop 0.45 higher.
