BALTIMORE, Maryland – Kevin Maurice Ruffin of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Feb. 10, 2022 in his home. A celebration of life for the Franklin native will be held at noon on Saturday, March 5 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Rosewood Avenue, Franklin with pastor, Dr. Anthony Goodwyn delivering the message of comfort. The committal and benediction will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery in Windsor, North Carolina. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
