FRANKLIN – Franklin Garnar DeLoatch, 85, passed away peacefully on Jan. 19, 2022. Frank, known as Hank to his family, was a retired millwright at Union Camp Corporation. He was a faithful member of Tucker Swamp Baptist Church. Frank was a talented carpenter and jack of all trades and loved a good home improvement project at the homes of his daughters. They all did their best to keep him busy. He is also survived by a bonus daughter, Shirley Hayes; his grandchildren, Evan Rannigan, Alex Rannigan, Meaghan Ellis and Hunter Ellis; his sisters-in-law Margaret Gayle and Paula Tolson (Larry); and his faithful nieces and nephews.

Burial will be private. The family suggests any memorial donations be made to Tucker Swamp Baptist Church.
