Franklin City Manager Amanda C. Jarratt confirmed Thursday that city offices will be closed Friday due to inclement weather.

“The city of Franklin will be closed tomorrow. However, we will collect solid waste as long as road conditions allow,” she stated.
The National Weather Service is reporting that total nighttime snow accumulation of less than one inch is possible Thursday evening, new snow accumulation of around an inch is possible Friday during the day, and new snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches is possible Friday night.
