FRANKLIN – Ann Savage Parker, 88, widow of Ernest Elvin Parker Jr., passed away Dec. 21, 2021 in her home with family by her side. Born in Norfolk on Oct. 31, 1933, she was the daughter of the late William Wiginton Savage Sr. and Cynthia Duval Savage.

Ann was a graduate of Great Bridge High School and a member of the VFW Post No. 4411 Ladies Auxiliary.

Left to cherish her memory is two daughters, Troi Parker of Franklin and Robin Ellis (Ray) of Zuni; a son, Kenneth Parker (Debra) of Chesapeake; a brother, William Savage (Dorothy) of Chesapeake; four grandchildren, Erica Holt, Shelby Popp, Dustin Atkins and Trenton Parker; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, 2021 in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
