Theatre team headed to state

Franklin High School hosted the Region A/B Super Regional theatre festival on Saturday, Nov. 20. Teams from Franklin, Galileo Magnet, West Point, and Rappahannock competed for the right to advance to the VHSL State Theatre Festival on Dec. 4 at Monticello High School in Charlottesville.
Rappahannock High School won the competition and Franklin High School was runner-up. Both teams advance to the state competition, along with two teams from Regions C and D. These final four schools will compete for the state championship.
The Broncos are led by coach/director Teri Zurfluh. The team was also Region B runner-up. Good luck at the state championship, Broncos.
